1-) This individual usage agreement regulates the terms of use of the Human Resources Portal of Peoployer Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Portal/Mobile Application”) available at https://peoployer.com/ and defines the rights and obligations of Peoployer and the Individual User.
2-) The Individual User refers to real persons who use the Peoployer Mobile Application individually without any charge.
3-) The Peoployer Mobile Application grants Individual Users the right to upload resumes for free on the Portal, apply to announcements with resumes prepared on the Portal and/or other information entered into the system, be informed about job announcements related to them, and benefit from other opportunities announced by the Peoployer Mobile Application.
4-) Individual Users declare and undertake that all information entered into the Portal is accurate, up-to-date, and belongs to them. Individual Users are solely responsible for any liability arising from incomplete, incorrect, or information entered into the Portal belonging to a third party.
5-) Individual Users are obliged to behave in accordance with Turkish law, other legislation, and general ethical rules while using the Portal.
6-) The Peoployer Mobile Application may close the membership of the Individual User without prior notice if any of the following reasons exist:
- If it is determined that the information entered by the Individual User into the Portal does not belong to them,
- If it is determined that the information entered by the Individual User into the Portal is not accurate and/or up-to-date,
- If it is determined that the Individual User entered information that violates Turkish law or general ethics into the Portal,
- If the Individual User enters information outside of the resume; special or general announcements, advertising information, or membership sales requests,
- If it is determined that the Individual User uses or attempts to use the information on the Portal for purposes other than the purpose of use specified in this agreement,
- If it is determined that the Individual User shares the information such as email address and password used to enter the Portal with third parties,
- If it is determined that the Individual User threatens the general security of the Portal and the privacy of other users or attempts to do so.
7-) The Peoployer Mobile Application does not guarantee the accuracy of the information of Individual Users or members who post announcements on the Portal and is not responsible for verifying their accuracy. However, if the Peoployer Mobile Application determines that the information on the Portal does not comply with the conditions in Articles 4 and 5 of this agreement, it may delete, correct, or use its rights listed in Article 6. The responsibility for the information entered into the Portal belongs exclusively to the individuals or institutions recording the information into the system. Individual users are solely responsible for any damage or compensation claims arising from information entered by the Individual User in violation of Article 6.
8 -) The Peoployer Mobile Application may process personal data of Individual Users in accordance with the Constitution, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, other legislation, decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and the Peoployer Mobile Application Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy and Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy.
9-) The Individual User acknowledges and declares that if they apply to any job advertisement on the Portal, their created resume and other information added to the application will be transferred to the job advertisement owner, and after the information is transferred, the Peoployer Mobile Application has no authority or responsibility over the transferred information.
10-) The Individual User may give consent for the sharing of the information they add to the system with third parties or registered members on the Portal. If such consent is given, the relevant information may be transferred to third parties in accordance with the given consent.
11-) The Peoployer Mobile Application uses third-party cookies on the Portal for the purposes specified in return.
12-) The Peoployer Mobile Application may use certain cookies on the Portal to adapt to technological developments, provide a more comfortable experience for individual users and members, and for security purposes. The cookies used may change from time to time in line with technological developments. The cookies used at that time are specified in the Cookie Policy.
13-) The Peoployer Mobile Application stores individual user movements for data security. The Individual User can request anonymization of these movement records with other information. The Peoployer Mobile Application evaluates the relevant request in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other legislation, as well as the Peoployer Mobile Application Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy and Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy.
14-) The Individual User may give permission for their personal data to be processed for statistical purposes by Peoployer Mobile Application, independently of the purpose of this agreement, and anonymized. In this case, the personal data of the Individual User is processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other legislation, anonymized in accordance with the Peoployer Mobile Application Personal Data Processing and Protection Policy and Personal Data Storage and Destruction Policy. Anonymized data means data that cannot be associated with an identifiable or identifiable natural person in any way, even if matched with other data. The data of the Individual User who has not explicitly given such consent will not be processed for purposes other than those necessary for the provision of the service covered by this agreement without the consent of the data subject. Other cases specified in Law No. 6698 are reserved.
15-) The Individual User can give consent to receive commercial electronic messages and can withdraw the given consent later. Commercial electronic messages are not sent to Individual Users who have not given consent.
16-) No data published by the Peoployer Mobile Application on the Portal can be used without
the consent of the legal entity that owns Peoployer Mobile Application.
17-) The Individual User acknowledges in advance that if they open their resume information to the public on the internet through their resume with the information they have determined in their initiative on the Portal, their resume information, and thus their normal and/or special personal data, will become publicly available and Peoployer Mobile Application has no responsibility or obligation regarding this. You can check the Information Text for your rights regarding the processing of your personal data.
18-) After applying to any advertisement on the Portal, the Individual User accepts in advance that any responsibility for the normal and/or special personal data transferred with the application passes to the Employer Customer posting the advertisement, and the Peoployer Mobile Application has no obligation or right to intervene in the information transferred with the application. Similarly, if the Individual User requests the deletion, destruction, and/or anonymization of their normal and/or special personal data transferred to the Employer Customer posting an advertisement at any time, they must directly communicate this request to the relevant company. The Individual User accepts in advance that the Peoployer Mobile Application has no responsibility or obligation in these matters.
19-) All personal data entered on the Portal must be accurate and up-to-date.
20-) If requested by the Peoployer Mobile Application, you must verify your personal data.
21-) If there is a need for changes or updates in your personal data, you must update the relevant sections. Otherwise, the information will be considered correct.
22-) You undertake not to share personal data transmitted to you during the application processes with irrelevant third parties and/or process them for purposes other than their intended purposes.
23-) In the Portal and in your resume, you cannot include personal data, especially special categories of personal data, to irrelevant third parties unless necessary and appropriate for its purpose, and you cannot violate agreements related to privacy between you and any legal or natural person.
24-) Your personal data will be kept for the maximum period specified in the relevant legislation or as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were processed, and in any case, for the statutory limitation periods.
25-) Your personal data is transferred to companies located in Turkey and abroad to use specific services.
26-) The companies to which the transfer is made are reputable institutions that are preferred and trusted by many companies worldwide and in Turkey. We also take reasonable measures with the companies to which the transfer is made to ensure that your data is not processed outside the intended purposes, kept securely, and not disclosed.
27-) Within the framework of the Cookie Policy, we can transfer the user activity data collected through cookies to companies providing business development on the site to provide better service to you and other members and customers.
28-) If you apply to the Peoployer Mobile Application as an Individual User, your personal data, including special categories of personal data, included in your resume along with its attachments, may be shared with the persons you refer to as references to verify the data, and additionally, if your application is negatively evaluated, it may be transferred with your resume for position evaluations to affiliated or partner companies we work with.
